NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S EXECUTION

SALE - REAL PROPERTY

(Non Homestead Property)

Under and by virtue of an Execu-

tion issued out of and under the seal

of the District Court of the State of

Minnesota, in and for the Seventh Ju-

dicial District and County of Douglas.

On the 16th day of January, 2001,

upon a judgment rendered and dock-

eted in said Court and said County in

an action therein, between A.M. Cas-

tle & Company, Plaintiff(s) and Rune-

stone Mfg. of Kensington, Inc., Defen-

dant(s) in favor of said Plaintiff(s) and

against said Defendant(s), Runestone

Mfg. of Kensington, Inc. for the sum of

$23,684.16 Dollars as appears by the

judgment roll filed in the office of the

Clerk of said District Court for said

County, and whereas, said judgment

was docketed in said Court on the

16th day of January, 2001, at 11:45

AM o'clock and the sum of

$33,353.34, is now actually due there-

on with interest of $2.60 per diem from

the 15th day of December, 2010, and

up to and including the date of sale,

also for unknown increased costs and

for all Sheriff's fees, costs and dis-

bursements of levy and sale, which

said Execution has to the Sheriff of

said County been duly directed and

delivered, said Sheriff has levied upon

and will sell at public auction to the

highest cash bidder, in the lobby of

said Sheriff's main office, Lobby in the

District Courthouse in the City of (216

7th Ave W) Alexandria, Minnesota, in

said County, on the 3rd day of March,

2011 at 10:00 AM o'clock all right, title

and interest that the above-named

judgment debtor had in and to the real

property, hereinafter described on the

16th day of January, 2001, that being

the date of rendition of said judgment

or any interest therein which said judg-

ment debtor(s) Runestone Mfg. of

Kensington Inc. have since that day

acquired, the description of the prop-

erty being as follows, to wit: Lot Two

(2), Block One (1), West Acres Addi-

tion in Douglas County according to

the plat thereof on file and of record in

the office of the County Recorder/Reg-

istrar of Titles in and for the said

County. Terms of the sale are cash or

cash equivalent.
