LAT takes listeners back to the old west

It's time for a western at Lakes Area Theatre (LAT) in Alexandria. Friday, January 21, accompany the frontier gentleman, Kendall, in his latest adventure.

As Kendall says, "There seem to be only two kinds of people in Montana Territory....the good and the bad. Sometimes it's hard to tell which is which." See if you can tell which characters in The Powder River Kid are the good guys and which are not.

The show starts at 7 p.m. Admission is $5. The show is sponsored by Bitzan-Ohren Masonry and stars Kevin Lee, Curt Ostenson, Jim Odden, Mary Pohl and Gary Lund, with Rick Dusterhoft as the announcer and sound effects.

On Sunday, January 23, LAT winds up it series of Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar episodes with The Matter of Murder is a Merry-Go-Round. Starring in this show are Philip Goellner, Jim Thoreen, Betsy Ostenson, Rex Sweetwater, Sharon Thalmann and Bruce Wegner. Sound effects are provided by Bruce Wegner, with Bob Piotrowski on the keyboard.
