Prayer conference set at Mt. Carmel

Prayer Watch International (PWI) will present “Discover the Exciting World of Prayer” on Friday and Saturday, January 21 and 22 at Mount Carmel Retreat and Conference Center on Lake Carlos. Pastor Karl Kruse and PWI offer this user-friendly course to introduce people to the world of prayer.

The conference is open to adults and youth. No background or previous experience is necessary. Anyone who is interested in learning more about prayer and growing deeper in a special relationship with God is encouraged to attend.

The topics include the following: What is prayer?, How do you feel about prayer?, How prayer brings transformation, The practice of prayer, and Experience prayer.

Full retreat registration is $90 and includes Friday and Saturday retreat participation, Friday night lodging, Saturday breakfast and lunch, and the retreat study guide.

Basic retreat registration is $50 and includes everything from the full registration except the Friday night lodging. Additional discounts are available.
