All aboard to help the hungry
Crowds braved the cold on Tuesday afternoon to see the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train and enjoy music by Melanie Doane and the Holiday Train Band.
Crowds braved the cold on Tuesday afternoon to see the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train and enjoy music by Melanie Doane and the Holiday Train Band. Those who came to see the train were encouraged to bring a food item or donation for the Douglas County Outreach Food Shelf. The Holiday Train will be stopping in 140 communities across the nation with the purpose of bringing awareness to hunger in the community.
