Card Nordic skiing: Alexandria boys fourth, girls seventh
The Alexandria Nordic ski teams traveled to the Riverside Park in St. Cloud for the second time this season on Tuesday.
This time it was for the St. Cloud Apollo Invite after Tech hosted its home meet last week. The Cardinal boys relay team of Todd Johnson, Cody Call, Tyler Johnson and Jimmy Lovrien came home from the event with a fourth-place finish. They finished in a time of 16:44.
The Cardinal girls varsity finished seventh overall. Katie Lovrien, Melissa Gromatka, Leah Stinson and Julia Sieling came across in a total time of 23:10.
