Food demonstrations, including how to make lefse (shown) and krumkake, were part of the Douglas County Historical Society’s Christmas open house and bake sale that took place last Saturday, December 4. Baked goods, including lefse, krumkake, aebleskiver, rosettes, sandbakkels and more were for sale during the event, which was a fundraiser for the historical society.
