Humane society hosts holiday bake sale
The Lakes Area Humane Society (LAHS) will hold its annual holiday bake sale at the Viking Plaza Mall in Alexandria on Saturday, December 11 from 9 a.m. until everything is gone.
The Lakes Area Humane Society (LAHS) will hold its annual holiday bake sale at the Viking Plaza Mall in Alexandria on Saturday, December 11 from 9 a.m. until everything is gone.
Those who wish to donate baked goods can bring them to the mall on December 11 between 8 and 9 a.m. All types of baked items will be accepted. Specialty foods such as lefse, rosettes, krumkake and Christmas cookies are in high demand.
For information, call LAHS at (320) 759-2260. All proceeds will go to benefit the animals served by LAHS.
