Lakes Area Theatre (LAT) starts the holiday month off with classic fare – A Christmas Carol, adapted from Charles Dickens' popular story.
Part 1 can be heard Sunday, December 5 at 12:30 p.m. on KXRA 1490 AM. Parts two and three will air Sundays, December 12 and 19, also at 12:30 p.m.

Voice actors: Pete Woit (Ebenezer Scrooge); Nancy Berns (narrator). The following voice actors play a total of 24 different roles: Dedra Zwieg, Lars Markeson, Curtis Deterding, Haley Wegner, Bruce Wegner, Keri Mohror, and Sharon Thalmann.

The public is invited to view live performances at Lakes Area Theatre, 2214 Geneva Road NE (log building next to the Lake Geneva public access). All shows are at 7 p.m.

Friday, December 10: Phoebe and Maude, a comedy directed by Claudia Bursch (half hour).
Fridays, December 17 and 31: Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar, a drama directed by Paul Schoenack (half hour).
