Letter - Parents don't need to buy expensive toys
This holiday season, parents should be aware of the toys they are purchasing for their children.
To the editor:
This holiday season, parents should be aware of the toys they are purchasing for their children. Parents don’t need to buy the most expensive toys. They don’t need the loudest or brightest toys. Consider buying a toy that will last a long time and allows the child to use their creativity. The toys that are advertised on TV are not always the best. Be creative while doing your holiday shopping this year and purchase toys that allow children to build and explore. Look for toys that can be used in many different ways. This allows children to use their imagination while they grow and develop.
