New flags wave at Legion Park

New flags were raised on a new flag pole at Legion Park.

New flags were raised on a new flag pole at Legion Park in Alexandria recently by members of American Legion Post 87. Members included (left to right) Don Nolting, Ken Voigt, Jerry Jenson, Owen Miller and Tom Hargreaves. The park has been in existence since the early 1940s as a reminder to all of the men and women who have and still serve their country in the military.
