Franken staff to hold office hours next week, not today

U.S. Senator Al Franken, D-Minnesota, reports that his staff has changed the time when they will hold open office hours in Alexandria to Wednesday, November 17. It was originally scheduled to take place today.

U.S. Senator Al Franken, D-Minnesota, reports that his staff has changed the time when they will hold open office hours in Alexandria to Wednesday, November 17. It was originally scheduled to take place today.

The office hours are part of an ongoing effort to provide a convenient opportunity for constituents in the area to ask questions, share concerns and ideas or seek assistance from the senator.

“Since I was sworn in more than a year ago, I’ve had the opportunity to meet and listen to folks all around Minnesota,” said Franken. “As we begin to prepare for a new Congressional agenda, I want to make sure that Minnesotans can give me their input on how I can ensure their concerns will be on that agenda.”

Franken’s staff will be at Alexandria City Hall, 704 Broadway, from 2 to 4:30 p.m.
