Paid Political Letter - Karpan has strong work ethic

To the editor:

As a county commissioner and a member of the hospital board, I have come to appreciate and value our County Attorney Chris Karpan for his guidance on all of the legalities surrounding county business. Chris has always been there when I have a question or concern. Having someone in the position of county attorney that I trust and can rely on makes the complicated job of being a commissioner that much easier. Chris’s strong work ethic and dedication to his job are evidenced by the long hours he often puts in, although I doubt you’ll hear him complain about it – he considers it part of the job.

All local governments are struggling right now with a number of challenges. Douglas County needs experienced leadership, now more than ever. Chris has come through for all of us for over 12 years. Please join me in voting for him on November 2.
