DISTRICT NO. 206

ALEXANDRIA, MINNESOTA

SEPTEMBER 20, 2010

The special meeting of the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 206, Alexandria, Minnesota, was called to order by Board Chairperson Dean Anderson at 5:30 p.m. in the Oak Conference Room at Woodland Elementary School, Alexandria, Minnesota.

Board Members Present: Jim Hafdal, Dave Anderson, Jean Robley, Alan Zeithamer, Judy Florell and Dean Anderson and ex-officio Superintendent Terry Quist. Absent: Pam Carlson.

Others Present: Administrators Julie Critz, Trevor Peterson, Jeff Jorgensen, and John Pfluger of Cunningham Group Architects.

UPDATES AND DISCUSSION:

John Pfluger of the Cunningham Group Architects presented informational updates to the board on the planning efforts, timelines, and potential activities related to work on the future high school project. Discussion followed on this information.

ADJOURNMENT:

There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
