Community celebrates JHS homecoming.
Jefferson Highs School's homecoming was celebrated with a variety of activities last week, including coronation, a parade, pep fests, a tailgate party and a dance. The JHS football team went up against Bemidji at 3 p.m. Saturday, suffering a heartbreaking loss. Parade winners were the grils' cross country team (1st - $150); the boys' cross country team (2nd - $100); and the boys' soccer team and girls' swim team (3rd place tie - $50 each).
