Conference explores how diversity is impacting business

A conference about how diversity is impacting business will be offered in Alexandria.

A conference about how diversity is impacting business will be offered in Alexandria.

“The Changing Diversity Footprint; It’s a Whole Lot More than Lutefisk and Lefse” will take place Friday, October 8 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Holiday Inn.

The event is sponsored by the local Diversity Resource Action Alliance (DRAA) and West Central Minnesota Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Speakers include Dave Lambert, Larry Swenson and Jermaine Davis.

They’ll talk about how diversity impacts businesses, the customers they serve and their employees.

Registriation fees, which include lunch, are $75 for individual businesses and $45 for non-profits.
