Letter - Gang members aren't kids
Where I live, there are gangs and they are said to consist of young men in age range of 15 to 19.
To the editor:
Where I live, there are gangs and they are said to consist of young men in age range of 15 to 19. These are usually aimless young men with no home life or male role models.
Your article states this OVR gang consists of “a group of kids, who range in age from about 20 to 25, with some variation.” These are not “kids.” They are grown men. If the police department thinks they’re dealing with children, you will soon have a real problem.
