SPECIAL SESSION

AUGUST 24, 2010

The Board of Commissioners in and for the County of Douglas, State of Minnesota, met in Special Session to discuss the 2011 budget this 24th day of August, 2010. Following is a summary of actions taken at that meeting. The full text is available for public inspection in the County Auditor/Treasurer’s office.

To approve Mr. Reddick’s request for a phased retirement (PERA). Motion carried.

By consensus, the Board scheduled a Special Budget Meeting for Friday, September 3rd at 1:00 p.m. to meet with Facilities Director Steve Ziemer.

To approve 2011 insurance rates. Motion carried.

To adjourn the meeting at 3:05 p.m. Motion carried.
