Public invited to share ideas about Broadway

A meeting to discuss the Broadway Street initiative is set for this Monday, September 20.

The meeting, which will discuss the proposed changes for a “Redesigned Broadway,” will take place from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Douglas County Public Works building.

At the meeting, participants will discuss a proposed hybrid design for Broadway in Alexandria and hear from a panel of participants from the Minnesota Department of Transportation about the draft design, potential costs, constraints and opportunities.
