Semi carrying hydrochloric acid turns over on interstate in Dickinson, N.D.

DICKINSON, N.D. – Emergency workers are on-scene where a semi trailer carrying 2,100 gallons of hydrochloric acid turned over at an Interstate 94 on-ramp here this morning.
No one was injured in the incident but emergency workers are unsure if the trailer is leaking.
Authorities are diverting traffic in the area.
