NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Section 10.23 of the Alexandria City Code, the Alexandria Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on September 20, 2010 at 7:10 pm in the Alexandria City Hall to consider the Conditional Use application of Lake Community Church. The applicant is requesting to expand their existing church facility. The property is located at 1751 County Road 44 NW and is legally described as: “E2SE4 (Pt Of Vac’d Subs 15-19 & Pts of 20 & 21, Whitcombs Sub) Lying S & E Of CSAH #44 & W Of ‘Ridgewood South’, AC 12, Section 12, Township 128, Range 38, Douglas County, Minnesota.”
