Alex Tech unveils tribute to its past presidents - Maack, Starke and Shellito

For its 50th anniversary, the Alexandria Technical and Community College recently unveiled portraits of its three past presidents.

For its 50th anniversary, the Alexandria Technical and Community College recently unveiled portraits of its three past presidents, Frank Starke (far left, second from end), Vern Maack (below) and Larry Shellito (and wife, Evonne, right). The portraits, which were painted by Myron Sahlberg, an art instructor at the college, are displayed in the hallway behind the reception desk.
