Jameson and Ashtyn Molesworth were two of nearly 3,000 people who enjoyed the 4,000 ears of corn and 3,300 pork chops served during the 45th annual Corn and Pork Chop Jubilee. The event, sponsored by the Alexandria Rotary Club and the Alexandria Fire Department, took place Wednesday at the Alexandria Fire Hall. Kids and adults alike, after picking kernels out of their teeth, enjoyed the feast. The pork chops and corn were prepared by local firefighters, Rotary members and Douglas County Pork Producers.
