AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE SECTION 10.04, SUBDIVISION 2
REZONING CERTAIN AREAS ALONG FILLMORE, ELM AND DOUGLAS STREETS, BETWEEN SEVENTH AND NINTH AVENUES TO ALLOW FOR A NON-RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD)
The City Council of the City of Alexandria does ORDAIN:
Section I: That the Zoning Map of the City of Alexandria adopted by City Code Section 10.04, Subdivision 2, be hereby amended by rezoning the lands described from “R-2, Single and Two-family Residential” to “PUD” Planned Unit Development:
Original Alexandria, Blks 34, 50 & 51 & Vacated 8th Avenue Lying East Of Elm Street and West of Fillmore Street, Section 19, Township 128, Range 32, Douglas County, Minnesota. Alexandria City (Ward I)
Section II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Alexandria this 9th day of August, 2010, by the following vote:
YES: BIGGER, CARLSON, MILLER, BENSON, FRANK
NO: NONE
