Alexandria Evening Lions Club installs officers, new members

The Alexandria Evening Lions Club recently installed new officers and welcomed eight new members.

The Alexandria Evening Lions Club recently installed new officers and welcomed eight new members.

Installing officer was vice district governor Dan Plowman, representing District 5M4 and a member of the Carlos Lions Club.

The club meets the second and fourth Mondays of each month at Broadway Ballroom at 6 p.m. The club welcomes visitors and those who wish to join the organization.

Officers for 2010-2011 include president Don Arm, immediate past president Mary Morken, first vice president Cal Anderson, second vice president Larry Ortloff, third vice president Ron Droppo, secretary Gary Pender, treasurer Ron Branch, lion tamer Norm Anderson, tail twister Lowell Einerson, and directors Jack Bailey, Gordie Billmark, Dave Lundy, Faith Annis, Cindy Billmark, Diane Pearson, Randy Morken and Bruce Berg.
