Alexandria's Runestone Raceway was the site of one of the Northland Tour Points Races this weekend.

The Region 3 Series is a best eight-of-10 series of go-kart racing. This will allow a racer to _miss a weekend and still compete in the series champion points.

The Region 3 regional points championship will be a best 10-of-10.

Racers must compete in a minimum of eight races to qualify for year-end series awards and banquet.

Day two of the Alexandria event on Sunday was rained out.
