NOTICE TO CREDITORS

OF INTENT

TO DISSOLVE OF

Legacy of the Lakes, Inc.

To Whom it May Concern:

This is your notice pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 317A.723 that Legacy of the Lakes, Inc., a Minnesota nonprofit corporation (the “Corporation”), intends to enter dissolution proceedings, and has filed a notice of intent to dissolve with the Minnesota Secretary of State as of May 15, 2010.

1. The name of the Corporation is Legacy of the Lakes, Inc.

2. The directors of the Corporation by written consent dated May 10, 2010 pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 317A.721 Subdivision 2, adopted resolutions providing for the dissolution of the Corporation.

3. Creditors and claimants will have 90 days from the date of first publication to submit written claims to Legacy of the Lakes, Inc., c/o Christine Jo Caspers Esq., 1920 Turning Leaf Lane, Alexandria MN 56308.
