ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed bids will be received at the office of Alexandria Light and Power, 316 Fillmore Street, PO Box 609, Alexandria, Minnesota 56308, until 11 A.M. on Wednesday, August 4, 2010. At that time the bids shall be opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. The bids will be for one current model combination telescoping/articulating aerial bucket and fiberglass body unit as described in the printed specifications. All bids shall be made on bid forms furnished by Alexandria Light and Power which are available upon request.

Bids shall be sealed and marked “Aerial Device.” Bid security equal to a minimum of 5 percent of the bid shall be furnished. The Board of Public Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality.
