A presentation and discussion of tax-related terms and issues will be held on Wednesday, July 14, at 7 p.m. at the Senate District 11 DFL Campaign Office at 418 Broadway in Alexandria.
The discussion will be led by Herbert Davis of Todd County, who has been a teacher in the community college system.

He will present an explanation of terms and local tax issues related to current proposed tax law changes, and lead a discussion of how the state got to this point, where it could go from here, and how different tax scenarios will affect lives.
Minnesota DFL Senate District 11 is composed of the local DFL units of Douglas, Grant, Stevens and Todd counties. A free-will offering will be taken, and refreshments will be served. Everyone is welcome to attend.
