More than 100 3rd-6th graders from 12 counties attended the annual 4-H camp. This year’s theme was “Hang Ten in 2010.” Activities included rock climbing, underwater robotics, healthy lifestyles, citizenship, science, technology, crafts, swimming and learning about pythons. Participants also played games, learned songs and developed friendships. Leadership was provided by Extension staff, along with 14 trained youth in grades 9-12.
