The second show
Pioneer Place Theater’s musical comedy, Fishing Widows: The Reel Story, celebrates the sisterhood of three foxy “fishing widows” forged over decades of togetherness while abandoned during fishing opener weekends.
With a dozen songs, this delightful musical celebrates the necessity and strengths of women friendships, and is a must-see for any man who believes the real action is on the water.
Fishing Widows: The Reel Story will run from Tuesday, July 6 through Sunday, July 11.
The script and lyrics are by Sally Brenden with music composed by Greg Armstrong and Tom Bard. It will be directed by Sarah Nargang, choreographed by James Lekatz and produced by Pioneer Place Theatre.
