Students in the Alexandria Area Adult Basic Education program celebrated a milestone May 26 as they received their GED during a ceremony held at Discovery Middle School in Alexandria. The graduates include Reed Carlson and Max Daugherty of Alexandria, Shannen Karlstad-Simpson of Barrett/Elbow Lake, Brittany Kircher of Sauk Centre, Deize Korkowski and Rotchana Ledermann of Alexandria, Michael Martagon of Sauk Centre and Savanna Meyer of Alexandria.
