Marching band's practices will impact traffic

The Jefferson High School Marching Band will be using Jefferson Street in Alexandria on the following dates to prepare for marching band competitions:

•Tuesday, May 18, 7-8 p.m.

•Thursday, May 20, 6-8 p.m.

•Monday, May 31, 8:30-9:30 a.m.

•Tuesday, June 8, 6-8 p.m.

•Thursday, June 10, 6-8 p.m.

•Monday, June 14, 6-9:30 p.m.

•Tuesday, June 15, 6-9:30 p.m.

•Wednesday, June 16, 6-9:30 p.m.

•Thursday, June 17, 6-9:30 p.m.

•Friday, June 18, 6-9:30 p.m.

•Tuesday, June 22, 6-9:30 p.m.

•Thursday, June 24, 1:30-2:30 p.m.

•Sunday, June 27, 11 a.m. to noon

•Tuesday, June 29, 6-8 p.m.

•Thursday, July 1, 6-8 p.m.

Drivers should use caution while traveling on Jefferson Street during those times and obey traffic barricades.
