Notice is hereby given that sealed quotes will be received by Alexandria Township, Owner: Gregg Raisanen, Clerk at the office of Widseth Smith Nolting, 610 Fillmore Street, Alexandria, Minnesota, until May 24th 1:00 P.M., at which time all quotes will be opened and read aloud for the furnishing of all materials, skill, labor and all else necessary for the Road Improvements in Alexandria Township, Minnesota.
Major items include the following approximate quantities:
Type SP 12.5 Wearing Course Mix (B) – 400 Ton
Bituminous Reclamation – 2,200 SY
Bituminous Street Patching – 1,700 SY
Copies of the Plans and Specifications are on file and may be seen at the office of Alexandria Township, and obtained from the Engineer, at Widseth Smith Nolting & Associates, Inc., 610 Fillmore St., Alexandria, Minnesota.
All quotes must be submitted on the official form, prepared by the Engineer for that purpose. Quotes shall be directed to the Township Clerk, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside with a brief statement as to the work for which the bid is made.
Alexandria Township reserves the right to hold all quotes for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time set for receiving quotes and to reject any and all quotes and to award the contract as the Township deems in their best interest.
