AAAA to present 'Miracle Worker'

The Alexandria Area Arts Association Theatre is proud to present The Miracle Worker.

The Alexandria Area Arts Association Theatre is proud to present The Miracle Worker.

This production is the unforgettable, inspiring story of young Helen Keller, left deaf and blind after a childhood illness, and Annie Sullivan, the teacher who unlocked Keller’s potential and set her free from the prison of her physical limitations.

Performances continue this weekend and are scheduled for Friday, May 7 and Saturday, May 8 at 7:30 p.m. and on Sunday, May 9 at 2 p.m.

Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for children 10 years of age and younger.

Tickets can be purchased at the box office by calling (320) 762-8300 or stopping by at 618 Broadway. Box office hours are Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and one hour prior to performances.

The play is written by William Gibson, directed by Sharon Thalmann and sponsored by Velde Moore, Ltd.
