OSAKIS TOWNSHIP

NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

Osakis Township is receiving sealed bids for road maintenance and snow removal for a 2-year period (June 12, 2010 – June 11, 2012) for approximately 33 miles of road.

Sealed bids clearly marked “ROAD MAINTENANCE BIDS” should also include:

1. A description of equipment to be used (Township supervisors reserve the right to inspect equipment).

2. Road maintenance experience.

3. Proof of Certificate of Liability/Workman’s Comp Insurance.

The bid should be submitted to the Township clerk, Dawn McNeal, or presented to the Board on Monday, May 10, 2010 at 7 p.m. during the regular monthly meeting held at 17374 S Ketelle Dr NE, Osakis, MN. Any questions, please call 320-859-4698.

The Osakis Township Board of Supervisors maintains the right to reject any or all bids.
