Poetry night to take place April 29

The Evansville Arts Coalition (EAC) is proud to present its annual Poetry Night.

The event is set to take place at 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 29 at the Evansville Art Center, 111 Main Street in Evansville.

This will be the 15th year for EAC’s annual Poetry Night. It is the longest running literary event of its kind in West Central Minnesota, said organizers.

Poets of all ages are welcome to come and read their favorite poem. Poems can be original or a favorite written by someone else.

Even if people don’t wish to read a poem, they are encouraged to attend the event and be a part of the audience – all poets love an audience.

This is a free-will offering event and refreshments will be served.
