Spring flushing may change water pressure
Attention city of Alexandria water customers: Alexandria Light and Power will begin its spring water main flushing program within the city limits starting this week and continuing for approximately six weeks.

Alexandria Light and Power will begin its spring water main flushing program within the city limits starting this week and continuing for approximately six weeks.
Customers may notice brief periods of low water pressure or a discoloration in the water. However, this condition will be temporary.
If discoloration occurs, let the cold water tap run. This will help to clear it up. For more information, contact Alexandria Light and Power at (320) 763-6501.
