NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Alexandria Township Planning Commission will convene on April 26, 2010 at 6:00 PM at the Township Conference Room (located at 610 Fillmore Street behind Trumm Drug) to conduct the following public hearings:
Preliminary Plat/Conditional Use Permit application for “Sanden Acres”. Joshua/Renee Sanden, applicants. Property is located at 55 Homestead Road NE. Abbreviated legal description: S/T/R 13, 128, 37 S 26.67 AC OF THE E2SW4. AC 26.67. Parcel No. 03-1287-000.
All interested persons are invited to attend these hearings and be heard or send written comments to the Township office at PO Box 445, Alexandria, MN 56308. Copies of each application, the Township’s staff report, maps, drawings and other pertinent information are available at the Township office and are posted on-line approximately one week prior to the meeting date at www.communitygrowth.com/alexandria_township.
The Alexandria Township Planning Commission will be holding a public meeting to view this property and to gather information for the public hearing. They will be meeting on-site at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 20, 2010, and then proceeding to the property.
