Alexandria Rotary inducts new members

Five area business professionals were inducted as members of the Alexandria Rotary Club at the organization’s March 11 meeting.

Five area business professionals were inducted as members of the Alexandria Rotary Club at the organization’s March 11 meeting.

They are Kim Collins (Soderholm Insurance), Bill Bolm (Edina Realty), Keith Meyer (Billmarks Insurance), Jeff Montgomery (State Bank) and Brad Nyberg (Nyberg Surveying).

Rotary International, founded in 1905, is the world’s original professional service organization. It currently has 1.2 million members in more than 32,000 clubs worldwide.

The mission of Rotary is to bring together business and professional leaders to provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world.

The Alexandria club, which meets every Thursday from noon to 1 p.m. at Broadway Ballroom, currently has 70 members.
