Anderson member of MMEA All-State Concert Band

Alexandria Jefferson High School senior tuba player, Zach Anderson, has attained one of the highest honors any high school musician can reach.

Alexandria Jefferson High School senior tuba player, Zach Anderson, has attained one of the highest honors any high school musician can reach.

Anderson was a member of the 2009-2010 Minnesota Music Educators Association (MMEA) All-State Concert Band.

The band was directed by Dr. Scott Teeple, director of bands at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

The MMEA All-State Concert Band performed for the MMEA Mid-Winter Clinic on February 13 at Concert Hall in Minneapolis.

Anderson is the son of Rich and Julie Anderson of Alexandria.
