Jack Schneider competed in the Junior Olympics.
After finishing third in slalom, third in super giant slalom and 12th in giant slalom at the U.S. Ski Association's Central Division championships at Marquette Mountain in Michigan in February, Alexandria 6th grader Jack Schneider qualified for the USSA Central-Rocky Mountain Junior Olympics in Winter Park, Colorado. There, Schneider finished eighth in slalom, ninth in giant slalom and 12th in super giant slalom in the field of 80. Schneider is a student a Woodland Elementary and trains at Andes Tower Hills.
