MILTONA TOWNSHIP
ROAD MAINTENANCE AND
GRAVEL QUOTE
Miltona Township is seeking quotes for road maintenance and snowplowing for approximately 36 miles of road, and approximately 6,000 yards of class 5 gravel, starting April 6, 2010, for one year.
Quotes should be written on plain paper and submitted to Miltona Township, Thomas Blank, Clerk, PO Box 194, Miltona MN 56354, or in person on Monday, April 5 at the fire hall in Miltona at 7:00 p.m. Information on the quote is to include the following:
--Description of all equipment to be used and the hourly rate for each.
--All equipment must have an hour meter to allow for verification of work.
--A certificate of liability/workman’s compensation insurance is to be attached.
--Price per yard of Class 5 gravel.
The Board of Supervisors maintains the right to accept or reject any or all quotes.
