New class offers information on rental property management

A class called “Fundamentals” offers answers.
This brand-new course offers an opportunity to learn the nuts and bolts of property management.
The course will be held Friday, April 23 from 9 to 11 a.m. at Alexandria City Hall. Cost is $39 for Minnesota Multi-Housing Association (MHA) members and $59 for non-members. The price includes the Fundamental booklet.
