NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice of Hearing on
Improvements to Elm Street
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that the Alexandria City Council will meet in the City Hall Council Chambers at 7:15 p.m. on Monday, March 22, 2010, to consider the making of street, water main, and sidewalk improvements to Elm Street between 11th Avenue West and 12th Avenue West, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.
The area proposed to be assessed for such improvements are the properties abutting on such street. The total estimated cost of the improvement is $97,760, which includes the sidewalk cost estimated at $24,099. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be provided at the hearing.
Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvements will be heard at this meeting.
