A mechanical failure caused Alexandria School District 206’s computer servers to go down Tuesday morning.
As a result, district-wide staff does not have access to e-mail service for incoming or outgoing e-mail.
Also, voice mail is not active at Woodland Elementary School, the Early Education Center, the district office and Community Education.
The district technology team anticipates that service will be fully restored by Monday, March 22.
Updates on the team’s progress will be posted on the homepage of the district’s website, www.alexandria.k12.mn.us/alexandria.
