Harlene Watland, 75

Harlene (Hayer) Watland passed away February 27, 2010 at Sherwood Oaks Health Center, Fort Bragg, California.

Harlene was the daughter of the late Howard and Lorna (Brown) Hayer, Garfield. She was born in Fergus Falls on March 31, 1934.

Harlene graduated from Alexandria High School with the class of 1952. She was united in marriage on September 7, 1952 to Donald Watland.

Harlene is survived by a daughter, Dawn (Ronald) Johanson of Albion, CA; grandson, Matt Johanson; granddaughter, Amanda (Peter) Beckman; and a great-granddaughter, Olivya Beckman; all of Fort Bragg. She leaves a brother, Harold (June) Hayer and families of Fargo, ND; and dear friend, Joseph Genadek of Brooklyn Center.

Inurnment will be beside her husband, Donald, in the Moran Township Cemetery this summer.
