Two separate crashes both caused injuries in Todd County over the weekend.
Shortly after 7 p.m. Friday, a rollover was reported on Todd County Road 103 at the intersection of Chippewa Road. Sheldon Carrier, 48, of Grey Eagle and John Holtberg, 28, of Belgrade were in a Chevrolet Cavalier and failed to negotiate a curve, according to the Todd County Sheriff's Office.
They were both transported to the Long Prairie Hospital. Carrier was admitted overnight while Holtberg was treated and released.
The Long Prairie Ambulance, Grey Eagle Fire and Rescue and sheriff's deputies responded to the scene.
Another crash happened at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday. Justin Meagher of rural Burtrum was driving a snowmobile north along Todd County Road 103 on a marked snowmobile trail when he traveled off of the trail and struck a tree, according to the sheriff's office.
Meagher was transported to the Long Prairie Hospital and later airlifted for further treatment. His condition is not known.
