Notice is hereby given that SEALED BIDS will be received by the Board of County Commissioners at the Douglas County Auditor/Treasurer Office at the Douglas County Courthouse, 305 8th Ave. West, Alexandria, Minnesota, 56308, until 1:00 pm, March 17, 2010 for the sale and removal of:
Single Family Residence with Attached 2-Car Garage located at:
326 Fairgrounds Road, City of Alexandria
Proposals and Specifications may be examined and obtained at Douglas County Public Works located at 526 Willow Drive, P.O. Box 398, in Alexandria, Minnesota, 56308. Phone: 320-762-2999.
Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier’s Check or Money Order made payable to the Treasurer of Douglas County. All bids must be submitted on sealed bid forms as provided by Douglas County Public Works.
The Board of County Commissioners of Douglas County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities thereof.
