Engagement - Borchert/DeGier

Carrie Borchert and Travis DeGier, both of Alexandria, announce their engagement.

Carrie is the daughter of Steve and Jeannie Borchert of Alexandria. She is a 2006 graduate of Jefferson High School (JHS) in Alexandria and attends Alexandria Technical College, where she is double-majoring in paralegal.

Travis is the son of Kevin DeGier of Nelson and Michelle Ritten-Frovarp of Carlos. He is a 2006 graduate of JHS and a 2008 graduate of Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Wadena. He is an electrician at L & L Electric, Inc. in Starbuck.

A June 26, 2010 wedding is planned at Calvary Lutheran Church in Alexandria. A reception and dance will follow at Broadway Ballroom in Alexandria.
