OSAKIS TOWNSHIP

NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS

Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Osakis Township, County of Douglas, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Township Officers and Annual Township Meeting will be held Tuesday, March 9, 2010.

In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election will be postponed until the third Tuesday in March.

The Election Poll Hours will be open from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, at which time the voters will elect:

One Supervisor Position C – 3-year term.

One Clerk/Treasurer – 2-year term.

The Board of Canvass will meet following the election at 8:05 pm.

The Annual Meeting will commence at 8:15 pm to conduct all necessary business predetermined by law.

The Annual Election, Board of Canvass, and Annual Meeting will be held at the Osakis Community Center in Osakis, MN.
